Next Steps and Design Build Process

So, you’ve received an estimate and you’d like to move your project forward with Morganco. What are the next steps?

1. Initial Deposit

   1. 25% Deposit to save your spot on our schedule and start the design and selections process.

      • Appliances do require full payment if we are purchasing them on your behalf for a kitchen or basement remodel.

      • Since your project likely has allowances for items we haven’t picked out yet, we can adjust those and keep you updated as we select finishes. You will provide full approval over any allowance overages that you choose, and any credits for items that are under allowance. Your live invoice link will stay updated as we make these changes.

      • We will set you up on our Project Planning Client Portal.

   2. 25% on the first day of your project

   3. 25% Half-Way through the project

   4. The remaining 25% on the day we do the final walk through of your project.

2. Design and Selections

   • We will set you up on your personalized client portal and work with you on the design of your project and provide 3D renderings, Architectural Sketches, or other mockups for your approval. You will have full control over the finishes and final style of your project, but we are here to help you every step of the way.

   • A selections checklist will be provided and we will keep you up to date with any ordering deadlines.

   • We will make sure all materials are ready before starting your project.

3. Work Begins

   • Our in-house, dedicated team will begin work on your project. On the first day you can expect Luke to meet the team at your home and go over the scope of the project.

   • We will protect your floors and provide a dust barrier. We will clean up the work site everyday.

   • A project lead will be assigned to your project and you will have full communication with the build team, Luke, Sophia, and our office throughout the transformation of your space.

   • Once the project is complete, we will clean your space and do a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

4. Enjoy Your Space!

   • You’ll be provided a job packet when necessary with any important information about the upkeep or warranties regarding your space.
